When did you join LetsGetChecked?
I joined LetsGetChecked in June 2020.
What is your current role at LetsGetChecked?
My current role is as a Registered Nurse.
Why did you join LetsGetChecked?
After my interview here at LetsGetChecked and learning more about the company, I knew this was the right place for me. LetsGetChecked gave me the opportunity to work for a growing company and with technology that is transforming the healthcare industry. As a nurse, you have the opportunity to work in many different settings; it is exciting to be working in this particular field of nursing because I feel this is the direction where healthcare is going.
How would you describe a typical day as a Nurse at LetsGetChecked?
A typical day at LetsGetChecked is fast-paced and customer-centric. As a nurse at LetsGetChecked, you wear many different hats and fill many different roles. Whether we are educating a patient about their results, walking a family through an at-home test, or simply lending an ear to a customer who is anxious about recent results; it’s evident that a nurse here at LetsGetChecked makes an impact every day.
What do you like about the nursing team at LetsGetChecked?
One thing that stands out about the nursing team is that everyone shares the same vision and is dedicated to providing the best service possible. We all support each other and work together which really creates a great work environment.
Do you have any favourite customer success stories from your time at LetsGetChecked?
Recently I had called a customer to deliver a test result. She was an elderly woman who was taking our diabetic and heart check. The customer expressed how grateful she was for our service. Over the course of this pandemic, she had been avoiding a visit to her physician’s office in fear of exposure to COVID-19. She had expressed how our service had really taken a load off her mind as she was able to send our results to her physician without having to make a trip to the office. During this unprecedented time, LetsGetChecked has provided a necessary service for so many people across the globe and I am proud to be a part of it.
