What's measured
Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH)
Follicle Stimulating Hormone is responsible for stimulating the growth of egg-bearing follicles in your ovaries.
Luteinizing Hormone (LH)
Luteinizing Hormone is responsible for ovulation. It works in conjunction with follicle-stimulating hormone to trigger the release of the egg.
Prolactin
Prolactin is a hormone made in your pituitary gland and plays many important roles in the body, including in breast tissue development and breast milk production.
Oestradiol
Oestradiol is the primary estrogen hormone, which plays a crucial role in your fertility, particularly in the menstrual cycle, where it aids in the maturation and release of eggs as well as the thickening of the uterus lining as it prepares for implantation.
