When to collect your sample:
You must collect your sample in the morning, while fasting, on a Monday - Thursday and return on the same day using the sample collection kit* provided. Fasting means that you collect your sample in the morning before you have breakfast. You can still drink water when fasting.
Vitamin D
Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin that helps to absorb the minerals calcium and phosphorous, playing a vital role in forming and maintaining strong bones and teeth, regulating normal immune system function, maintaining heart and lung health, and combating depression.
Vitamin B12
Vitamin B12 is one of the eight B vitamins. It is a water-soluble vitamin. Vitamin B12 is responsible for neurological function, producing DNA, maintaining a healthy nervous system, and generating red blood cells which carry oxygen around the body. It is an essential nutrient in pregnancy.

Activating the sample collection kit connects you to the unique alphanumeric barcode within your LetsGetChecked kit. The laboratory cannot process your sample if the kit is not activated and linked to you. You should only activate your kit when you are ready to take your sample.

Our clinical team is on standby throughout the process and, if your test results are abnormal, you may receive a call to discuss your results and the next steps.
Please ensure that the sample is collected in the morning, on a Monday - Thursday and returned immediately using the carrier method provided within the sample collection kit. Each of our kits includes a prepaid delivery envelope to return your samples to the laboratory.
Please do not collect or return samples on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
